Jika kamu saat ini adalah pengguna Windows 11 22H2 dan menjadi bagian dari Windows Insider Release Preview dan belum memperbarui system ke Build 22631 atau Windows 11 23H2, maka beberapa waktu lalu Microsoft meluncurkan update KB5031455 yang mana menghadirkan sejumlah perbaikan penting didalamnya.
Update KB5031455 ini sendiri akan mengubah build OS menjadi 22621.2500 yang tentunya masih menjadi bagian dari Windows 11 22H2, nah apa saja perbaikan yang dihadirkan dalam update ini? berikut adalah changelognya:
- New! This update affects the search highlight gleam in the search box. When you select the gleam, a Bing.com page will appear for the daily search highlight. This is available to a small audience initially and deploys more broadly in the months that follow.
- This update changes the English name of the former Republic of Turkey. The new, official name is the Republic of Türkiye.
- This update supports the currency change in Croatia from the Kuna to the Euro.

- This update addresses an issue that affects fontdrvhost.exe. It stops responding when you use Compact Font Format version 2 (CFF2) fonts.

- This update addresses an issue that affects touchscreens. They do not work properly when you use more than one display.

Beberapa masalah penting seperti memory leak pada ctfmon.exe dan TextInputHost.exe kini telah diperbaiki, meskipun memang beberapa pengguna mungkin masih mendapati masalah tersebut.
Selain itu, Search Highlight juga mendapatkan peningkatan yang sayangnya menurut saya kurang terlalu berguna juga untuk semua pengguna.
