Tidak terasa bulan Mei 2023 sudah mencapai minggu kedua, dimana sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh Microsoft, pada hari selasa minggu kedua mereka akan merilis cumulative update yang biasa kita sebut dengan patch tuesday.
Nah khusus untuk Windows 11, ada update yang tentu tersedia untuk kamu download dan install sekarang, yaitu update KB5026368 untuk Windows 11 21H2 yang akan mengubah Build OS menjadi 22000.1936 dan update KB5026372 untuk Windows 11 22H2 yang akan mengubah Build OS menjadi 22621.1702.
Windows 11 21H2
Untuk peningkatan yang dihadirkan di Build 22000.1936 sendiri sayangnya tidak banyak yang diungkap Microsoft seain bahwa update ini membawa peningkatan pada Windows Local Administrator Password (LAPS).
- This update addresses a race condition in Windows Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS). The Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) might stop responding. This occurs when the system processes multiple local account operations at the same time. The access violation error code is 0xc0000005.
Windows 11 22H2
Dan untuk Build 22621.1702, peningkatan yang dihadirkan kurang lebih sama dengan versi 21H2, yaitu :
- This update affects the Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection security feature. The update adds more drivers to the database of drivers that are not compatible with it. A device uses this database when you enable this security feature in the Windows Security UI and it loads the drivers.
- This update addresses a race condition in Windows Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS). The Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) might stop responding. This occurs when the system processes multiple local account operations at the same time. The access violation error code is 0xc0000005.
Selain itu perlu diingat juga bahwa update yang diterima masing masing versi tentunya membawa sejumlah peningkatan yang sebelumnya diperkenalkan di preview update akhir bulan sebelumnya yaitu pada tanggal 25 April 2023, yaitu update KB5025305 untuk Windows 11 22H2 dan KB5025298 untuk Windows 11 21H2.
Nah langsung saja deh, untuk kamu para pengguna Windows 11, update ini harusnya telah terinstall secara otomatis pada perangkat kamu, namun jika belum, kamu bisa langsung memperbarui system kamu melalui halaman Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
