Sebuah informasi menarik hadir bagi mereka para pencari informasi di halaman doc.microsoft.com, yang mana dihalaman tersebut berisi sejumlah informasi mengenai dokumentasi berbagai fitur dan layanan yang Microsoft beri.
Nah dipertengahan bulan Desember lalu, Microsoft mengumumkan bahwa mereka akan menghapus kemampuan untuk mendownload dokumentasi sebagai PDF (fitur PDF Download) dihalaman tersebut.
Namun setelah ada cukup banyak Feedback dari para pengguna, bulan Januari 2021 ini, Microsoft kembali mengumumkan bahwa mereka tidak jadi untuk menghilangkan kemampuan tersebut, setidaknya hingga Microsoft menemukan fitur / kemampuan yang dapat menggantikan kemampuan PDF Download tersebut.
“Based on overwhelming positive customer feedback through survey we have decided to not remove the download PDF feature from the site until we have a replacement of similar capability to allow our customers to access content offline for their learning needs. Our team will evaluate how to make the feature accessible or build a new solution which addresses the customer complaints raised through survey feedback in current download PDF solution.”
