Diluar dari jadwal yang telah ditentukan, Microsoft merilis update KB4541331 untuk pengguna Windows 10 October 2018 Update dengan beberapa perbaikan penting didalamnya.
Update KB4541331 ini akan membawa build system menjadi 17763.1131 dan berdasarkan changelognya, update ini memperbaiki error ketika melakukan printing pada share documents, perbaikan touch keyboard ketika sign in, perbaikan date and time settings, dan peningkatan app and devices compatibility dengan Windows Updates.
